The TSTC Procurement Management division supports the mission of Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in its commitment to excellence in education and academic achievements while procuring, protecting and preserving the assets of the College. The Procurement Management division manages the overall process of buying goods & services, payment of invoices, delivery and accountability for College assets.
We will maximize opportunities for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) firms to supply materials, supplies, equipment and services needed to support the mission and the administrative and logistical operations of the college. These goals are achieved by utilizing proven techniques for efficiency and accuracy in a proactive environment to protect and preserve the fiscal resources of the college.
