In the Construction Management Technology Program you will cover every technical step of the construction process from the first shovel full of dirt to the final certification of occupancy. You'll participate in classroom and lab projects that incorporate project planning (estimating costs and budgeting), development of blueprints, the physical construction of a structure, and the final building inspection. Construction tools, techniques, safety requirements, the mechanical elements of construction, framing, and building codes are all covered in your classes and labs.
