Mission of the Human Resources Office

The mission of the Human Resources Office of TSTC West Texas is to support the educational mission of the College. The HR Office will assist in the recruitment and retention of the best qualified instructional personnel and support staff. The department will provide our employees with information on the benefits plans, compensation packages, professional development opportunities, training, and equal opportunities for advancement.

The goals of the Human Resources Office are comprised of topics chosen to enhance TSTC West Texas to grow to unimagined heights as a college, and as an employer.
